We have found that clinicians and their staff often do not report common issues such as PCs freezing, trouble logging in, and application updates that affect computer performance. Often times, clinicians respond by rebooting the computer, sometimes repeatedly, or to simply let the problem fester compounding the issue. Understandably, physicians and clinicians do not have time to contact the service desk for support while serving patients. The result can be a decrease in efficiency and at times an interruption in patient care.
