Supporting desktop users can be time consuming and resource intensive. Our approach is to offer desktop support solutions that add efficiencies and reduce cost so you can direct your team to other important IT initiatives.

Kailo's Service Level Agreements (SLA's) will be tailored to meet your organizations requirements.  Common SLA's are Customer Satisfaction, Technician Efficiency, First Visit Resolution and Response Times based on Incident severity.

Kailo's Technicians are well versed in the ITIL framework and utilize a variety of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy.  All Technicians are CompTIA A+ certified. 

Kailo focuses strictly in Healthcare so all staff are trained in HIPPA and PHI requirements. 

Reporting
As a demonstration of our tailored services, we produced a comprehensive monthly report crafted specifically to the client. Kailo produces more than 20 reports including:
